  • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has shipped.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


4. Local Pickup (if applicable)

If you’re local, we offer free in-store pickup at our shop!
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup during regular business hours.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our shop, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier.

  • We’re not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

  • If this happens, please reach out to the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • We’re always happy to help provide information or assist you in contacting them.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before completing checkout!
We can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed, and we’re not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. (We hope to expand in the future!)
